RAVE REVIEWS

HOME: Testimonials

Jerry worked with me as a coach when I was in the process of starting up a new business unit at a distant location in the midst of Covid. Jerry was a terrific sounding board to bounce ideas off of in the areas of recruitment, onboarding of new people, and channeling them towards a common vision – all of which had to be executed remotely. Jerry’s pleasant and non-judgmental nature allowed for our sessions to be focused and productive. Recruitment success and team performance stand testimony to that. The experience led up to a white paper on “Effective remote recruitment, onboarding and integrating of new team members during Covid” aimed at helping business leaders in continuing to focus on building effective and outstanding teams.
