BREAKING THROUGH BARRIERS
COACH | CULTURAL AND CREATIVE CONNECTOR

GET TO KNOW ME
My career has lived at the intersection of people, culture, and organizations. Today I work as a professional development coach, supporting individuals as they reflect on their goals, navigate transitions, and strengthen their professional and personal effectiveness.
Coaching allows me to draw on my background in organizational development, leadership training, and psychology while focusing on what I enjoy most—helping people gain clarity, confidence, and direction. Over more than two decades, I’ve worked across the nonprofit, arts, hospitality, and corporate sectors, helping leaders and teams strengthen relationships, build community, and bring meaningful ideas to life.
In this next chapter of my life, I’m also reconnecting with the creative communities that have long inspired me. I’m especially interested in conversations and collaborations that bring together art, culture, and community, and in finding ways to support creative organizations and projects that foster curiosity, connection, and shared experience.
Much of my professional work has focused on arts and nonprofit organizations. As Director of External Affairs at the Leslie-Lohman Museum of Art in New York, I led fundraising, communications, and community engagement efforts that helped expand the museum’s reach and impact. Earlier in my career, I worked in leadership development and training, designing programs that helped individuals and organizations grow their capacity to lead, collaborate, and communicate effectively.
FOCUS
I work with companies, non-profits, and individuals to set goals and achieve results.
I approach clients with empathy, listening to them to gain understanding, and asking incisive questions. I support the exploration of ideas and concepts, which are either known or as yet unexplored, leading to the potential for discovery and development. By creating a space for listening and understanding, I encourage my clients to verbalize their thoughts along their journey to desired results.
